What is your turn around time?
We aim to deliver every photo by noon the next day with all media delivered within 24 hours. That's all of your photos, videos, floor plans, virtual staging delivered within 24 hours and ready to go live.
Do you have multiple photographers?
Yes, we have a team of amazing photographers. Awesome people that we take the time to find and put a huge amount of effort into training. Consistency in the level of service and the final product is extremely important to us - every photographer on our team has done a minimum of 100 shoots directly with one of our lead photographers before they show up at your listing. Whoever is there to capture your media - have confidence knowing that the standard will be the same.

What areas do you cover?
Our primary service area is 60km from our base in Kanata - that includes all of Ottawa, Kemptville, Arnprior, Carleton Place and Orleans. Beyond that 60km is a $75 travel fee.
Do I need to be there during the photos?
You do not. Of course you can be - but generally we find the process flows smoothest when the home is prepared ahead of time and no homeowner or agent is onsite during the shoot. You’ll get access to a copy of our getting ready guide with every order. If you want to be there or the homeowner requests that you are onsite for the shoot, we look forward to seeing you there!
